I used to attend a Baptist church, and I remember the pastor there saying "The idea that humans evolved from apes is ludicrous." — I didn't know what to think of this, at first; so I went and looked in the mirror... at that point, it was undeniable: I thought to myself "My face is obviously the face of a shaven ape." So I left the church & went to live with my ancestors in the jungle. There, I met a scientist who was studying our tribe: She had a friendly demeanor, and I fell in love. Nothing shall come of it, for I'm too shy to let this woman know the true nature of my feelings; but I cherish the moments when she asks me to perform simple actions & then rewards me with pieces of fruit.
