Online stuff I've been doing

Lately I've been in the mood to use my WordPress blog as a reading diary or place to share excerpts from books that I love; we'll see how long this phase lasts. Below I'll paste links to the first three quotes that I copied there, and then I'll share two short texts that I posted on Twitter. (I like to round up all of my activities here on this main blog, so that there's just one place to bookmark.)

(A note on that last link: I copied a VERY lengthy quote about Wali Fard. This story and all its sub-stories entice and inspire me. I don't expect many people will bother to read the entire excerpt, but I wanted to have it online to reference for future discussions, etc.)

. . . & now here are the tweets:

A guardian angel follows each of us around in our life to make sure that our motorized vehicle remains in working condition. (For instance, if your car breaks down, your guardian angel will step out from behind a bush and say "Here, let me fix that." Then she helps you on your way.)

When the moon falls out of the sky and lands on the ground before you; then you lean forward to open the lid of its box and find that the moon is actually a pizza topped with pepperoni, each slice of which is a moon of its own on a celestial backdrop of melted cheese; now THAT's true love.
