Darts

I love to throw darts at the center of the target, which is called the bullseye. This is my favorite sport. “Slay the bull!” I pray, before letting my dart fly. Darts have a sharp metal tip, and they soar through the atmosphere like a white skylark. When they hit the target, my social credit score goes up.

To be a professional dart-tosser, you must have good joints. It is better to be limber than stiff, and you should avoid inviting arthritic pain to dwell in your body. Don’t allow your skeletal system to go limp or become frail and fractured. You must seem indestructible, while the cameras are on; and throw the dart with enough velocity to hit the board.

D = Dig it (I dig playing darts)
A = Art (darts are art)
R = Really Rambunctious Riot
T = Tourniquet (in case your eye gets punctured)

Now here are the lyrics to our Pop Hit Music Song “Darts”:

I’m throwing darts: en garde, / I’m throwing them hard, / Out at the bar / And inside the yard; / Hitting the board / And keeping the score; / You hit the floor, / So I win the war. / Prior to aiming for the bullseye, I give my teammates a hug and tell my opponents “You shall all expire in agony.” Then I request that the judges make an addendum to the historical record stating that all my enemies were officially disqualified, because they (the opposing team members) could never match my special technique of hitting the centermost pinpoint of the playing field while wearing a blindfold. / Now, having attained victory, let us lock arms and skip to the Midnight Meadow while wearing tight outfits that glow in the dark.
