Rice

Rice is naturally fibrous; and it’s easy to prepare. Just use a pan and a butane torch or flame-based flashlight plus two cups of water and a dash of uncooked grains; then microwave all that together for fifty-five seconds. Rice is as healthy as water chestnuts and even safer than carcinogens. If you put it into your mouth and begin to chew, soon you’ll find your esophagus gulping.
